Our Silly series began as a pilot batch the size of just two kegs. When hashing out the details of the next R&D recipe, one brewer jokingly remarked to another, “Why don’t you just put in twice as much fruit and double the ABV?” The other brewer facetiously remarked, “Maybe I will…just to be silly” It was then and there that the batch was named. The name and the practice of adding a ton of fruits to a high-octane beer soured with our house culture lives on in our Silly series. Look for our brewers to tap into innovation with this series of truly unique sour beers.ABV: 8%
