Korbinian Doppelbock has a strong character and even more flavor – named after Saint Korbinian to honor the founder of the Weihenstephan monastery.
The sweet notes are offset by roasted malt flavors making this beer an excellent accompaniment to smoked meats and fish. Korbinian doppelbock is also delicious with desserts or chocolate. 7.4% ABV
