Please note: Once your order is processed and out for delivery via our trucks, Quick Courier, or UPS, it cannot be refunded.
Local Alcohol Delivery –
Allegheny County & Select Surrounding Zip Codes
(Bordering zip codes in Washington, Westmoreland, & Butler Counties)
- Typical Delivery Times:
- Allegheny County: ~60 minutes during business hours
- Surrounding zip codes: ~90 minutes
- Peak times and holidays may take longer
- Orders placed less than 1 hour before closing or after business hours are delivered the next business day (Closed Sundays).
- We will email you with a real time tracking link and details once processed and out for delivery
- 21+ ID Required: If no one is home to show valid ID, your order is non-refundable.
- A second delivery attempt can be scheduled for a $25 fee (invoice must be paid before rescheduling).
Alcohol Orders – Pennsylvania (Outside of 60-90 minute delivery zone)
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM are sent to Quick Courier the same day or delivered via a team member at Beverges2U.
- Delivery typically within 1–2 business days for Quick Courier Delivery Zone (Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 6 PM).
- Orders In Washington, Westmoreland, Armstrong, Butler, Fayette will be delivered via Beverages2U in 1-2 business days
- You will receive:
- Order confirmation
- Delivery confirmation with tracking number
- Track your order at: Quick Courier Client Portal
- Orders delivered by Beverages2U- you will be send real time tracking when your order leaves

- 21+ ID Required: Second attempts incur a $50 fee. Returned orders are non-refundable.
Alcohol Orders – Virginia & Select Rural PA Zip Codes in Pennsylvania
- Shipped via UPS (processing Tue–Sat).
- Typical delivery: 2–3 business days after UPS pickup.
- We are not responsible for UPS damage claims (must be filed directly with UPS).
- We will reship damaged items at 50% of the original order total.
- 21+ ID Required: If UPS returns the order for no signature, no refund is given.
- We can reship for full original price (plus UPS return/shipping fees).
Nationwide Non-Alcoholic Product Shipping
- Shipped via UPS with tracking number emailed to you.
- Contact orders@beverages2u.com if you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours.
- We are not responsible for UPS damage claims (must be filed directly with UPS).
- We will reship damaged items at 50% of the order total.
- Product images may differ if manufacturer packaging changes.

If You Intended for Delivery Instead and completed your order with curbside
If you meant for your order to be delivered instead of picked up:
- We can ship your order by emailing you an invoice for shipping and adjusting for the curbside discount you received.
- Once the invoice is paid online, your order will ship.
- Important: If you selected curbside but actually wanted delivery, your order is non-refundable.
Pickup Policy
- Orders will be held for up to 14 days.
- After 14 days, items will be returned to stock and no refunds will be issued.
Any orders cancelled by customer will be charged at $9.99 processing fee.
For beer orders outside of the Pittsburgh area that are delivered by Quick Courier, we will make 2 attempts at delivery. If you are unable to sign for your package after 2 delivery attempts, your order will be returned and is non refundable due to the fact that we cannot resell products once they leave our warehous

Weekly or Monthly Options
Subscribers receive 5% OFF your order total at checkout.
Just shop the store as usual, upon checkout you can opt to become a subscriber. Select whether you want to make it a weekly or monthly order. You’ll be billed on a recurring schedule and have all of your favorite beverages regularly showing up at your door. With no limits on cases, it’s a great convenience for your home or office!
