If we made an error by sending you an item in error, or if you received a damaged or otherwise flawed item, please email us at orders@beverages2u.com. Please provide your order number and explain the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We will quickly respond and make every effort to offer a fair solution. We will either exchange the items(s) or issue a refund, credit or Gift Card for the applicable amount. For any returns not caused by our error, we must impose a 10% processing fee on orders paid for by credit card in order to recoup transaction and overhead costs.

We are not responsible for any damaged products that are delivered via UPS (all complaints must be made directly through UPS)- however if damaged product does occur we are happy to reship your products at 50% of the reship costs. Thank you!

For Beer Orders Delivered by Quick Courier:
If you are unable to sign for the delivery after the third attempt made by quick courier, no more attempts will be made. Your order will not be refunded as we cannot resell the product.
