An experimental recipe for an IPA, we went with Pilsner malt, flaked wheat, “Brett” Brux Trois yeast, and hopping schedule using German hops Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc. The result is a slight aroma of pineapple followed by white grapes, orange peel, melon and peach
