Lil’ Cinder comes back into the fold this week as our lime-zested summer chugs along. Our beloved house light lager is the 4.2%, easy-drinking, beer fridge stalwart that gives you refreshment, steadiness, and dependability. Lil’ Cinder Lime still has a nice run ahead of us over the next month, so line up the green and red for yourself like a lil’ Christmas in late July. Brewed in the tradition of great adjunct lagers we adore, Lil’ Cinder keeps things light with American six-row barley, American flaked maize, and just a hint of fine German noble hops. A cool, slow fermentation and patient lagering are enhanced by a bright polish in our new centrifuge, achieving brilliant clarity and exceptionally smooth flavor. Crack a can, light the way.
