Description
This coppery-brown Trappist Belgian Dubbel Ale (ABV 7%) has a creamy head and a light, fruity aroma. Flavors of caramel, apricot and roasted spice are tempered by a refreshing, lightly bitter astringency. Top fermented and refermented in the bottle, it ages well and can be cellared for at least five years while maintaining quality.
