A rich chocolatey stout aged in French ok during primary fermentation. It is then transferred to beautiful freshly dumped bourbon barrels where it ages for at least a year. While aging, it picks up some vanilla and caramel characteristics melding wonderfully with the sweet chocolate goodness.
